Notices and Preparation before You Apply

A. Before entering the online application system, please prepare the following JPG photo files

1. Front side of ID card (or passport)*
2. Backside of ID card (or passport)*
3. Student ID card (the side that can identify you as a student)

*For applicants in junior high school who have not yet applied for a national ID card, please use Household Certificate instead.
*Please limit the size of each JPG file to less than 2MB with appropriate cropping and compression.
*The personal information above will only be used for the competition, the organizer’s accident insurance, and the prize money and taxation of the winners.

B. Before you apply for the Hand-drawing /3D Drawing Category, it is recommended that you prepare a description of your work (name, size, material, and concept explanation) to finish the application process smoothly.

C. Please make sure your e-mail address is correct. After submitting the online form, please print the PDF file sent to your personal e-mail address.

D. For data security, the password to open the attached PDF file is your ID number (10 codes in total – UPPERCASE/lowercase letters must be the same, e.g., A123456789).
